BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 4706 Hixson Pike, being on the southeast line of Hixson Pike southwest of Williams Road. An unplatted tract, being the property described in deed book 2587, page 457, ROHC. Tax Map No. 110I-F-11. from R-4 Special Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Said tract shall be used only as a bridal shop or for any other permitted use in an R-4 Special Zone. 2. A fifteen (15) foot landscaped buffer along any abutting R-1 Residential Zone (as described in Article V, Section 1014(5)(a) or(b) of the City of Chattanooga Zoning Ordinance. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
